Transformer Installation and Assembly

TRAFO, pole type transformers can be used including 400kVA, but concrete kiosk type substations are installed as substations for energy distribution from low voltage by reducing the medium voltage to low voltage level to supply powers greater than 400kVA. It is designed to use meters to measure from medium voltage or low voltage.

The first step for new transformer installation or power increase is to calculate the power needed and decide on the transformer power. Then the Energy Permission Certificate application must be made. Medium voltage project is drawn according to the condition in the energy permit and given to the authorized institution for approval.

Substations in the city have the possibility to distribute by aerial line and also by underground cables.
